KSV VENDING DELIVERY INFORMATION.

1. DELIVERY COSTS. All orders with a VAT exclusive value of £60.00 or more will be delivered carriage free to the vast majority of UK addresses. Orders of less than £60.00 can be delivered for a competitive £5.95 per consignment either by our selected Courier or Royal Mail at our discretion. Some remote Scottish locations and offshore addresses may attract a small surcharge, details available on request.
2. DELIVERY TIMES. Any order placed before 2.00pm on a given working day will be delivered during the next working day, with the exception of the limited number of exclusions detailed in 1.) above. A tracking app is available to enable you to manage, change or revise your delivery arrangements, details on request.
3. STOCK. We hold comprehensive stocks of all the products detailed on our e-commerce site and online order forms for delivery to the timings detailed in 2.) above. On the rare occasion we have a stock shortfall customers will be offered a suitable alternative, or the outstanding item(s) sent carriage free when available.
4. NON DELIVERY. In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within five working days of the date agreed you must contact us by telephone or email (orders@ksv.co.uk) for us to make a valid claim against the courier. The couriers’ consignment note will clearly state the number of boxes or items being delivered, you must ensure that this corresponds with the number of items being left with you. It is not possible to consider any claim for incorrect deliveries unless this has been done.
5. SUPPORT INFORMATION. Customers not utilising the courier tracking app are welcome to contact us between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday on 01825 732772 for delivery information.
